Celebrating 5 Years of C-Strategies! The Broad Cast Podcast Launches Anti-Racism Programming
Five years ago, I said my final goodbyes to the campaign and government trails and launched C-Strategies after spending nearly two decades in public service. It was a blast, but it was time to move on!
Dozens of clients, events, pitches, advocacy campaigns, and new legislation later, I’m really proud of what our team has created: an award-winning strategic communications and public affairs firm that is guided by a set of principles and values that drives who we work with and what we fight for. To mark this five-year milestone, we decided it was time for a bit of a refresh that celebrates the firm we are today, and I’m thrilled to share our new look, which you can find on our new website www.cstrategies.com. Speaking of The Broad Cast, I’m equally thrilled to share that we are kicking off a new round of programming for our podcast, dedicating the next six months to conversations around systemic racism and building an anti-racist society. We’ll be engaging the voices of folks across industries and sectors to talk about the history of systemic racism and solutions to the inequities facing Black Americans in criminal justice, public education, health care, government, capital and urban planning spaces. There is a lot to unpack and we are looking forward to these conversations in the months to come.

She and the ILBC are leading some of the most important work in the state of Illinois right now, building a black agenda to address systemic racism and oppression.
