CAT DEPOT NOW OFFERING NAMASTRAY YOGA
Enjoy yoga with the inspiration of cat depot cats in the room
Sarasota, Fla. – (September 29, 2015) – Cat Depot is now offering yoga classes starting October 1, 2015, in the Education & Activity Center (2nd floor), 2542 17th Street, Sarasota. Enjoy Karma yoga with certified yoga instructors, with the inspiration of Cat Depot cats in the room. Karma yoga is “the discipline of selfless action as a way to perfection.” All yoga instructors are donating their time and services. Students are asked to bring their own yoga mat and water. Class will typically be around one hour, based on the instructor’s discretion. Classes are designed for all levels.
