|CareerSource Suncoast has announced a new strategic plan to guide the organization in its strategic priorities and provide actionable items for future success. Local Focus. Regional Collaboration. The 2015-2020 Strategic Plan includes an improvement to the organization’s vision and mission, as well as measurable strategies, goals and objectives.
CareerSource Suncoast is focused on delivering high-quality workforce activities and expanding collaboration across our counties, cities, towns, governments and partners to support our employers. The organization will continue to provide the highest quality of services so that every citizen has access to our workforce development system. In addition, focus will be increased on delivering demand-driven services to regional employers.
“Our dedicated team of staff and board members worked for eight months to clarify our mission and vision, develop organizational goals and set strategic objectives to achieve continued positive results,” said President and CEO of CareerSource Suncoast, Ted Ehrlichman. “We are excited about the findings and are focused on implementing the recommendations to provide excellent service for the employers and job seekers of Manatee and Sarasota counties.”
