The Institute was created by the Florida Fellows of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel. The Institute’s mission is to develop the profession’s future trust and estate leaders. To participate in the Institute, students are selected from nominees throughout Florida. Graduates must complete courses covering topics such as: wealth transfer strategies, estate and trust litigation, and fiduciary taxation.
Mr. Elmore is a trusts and estates attorney. He focuses on helping families develop personalized, tax-efficient wealth transfer plans using current estate planning methodologies. He counsels clients on customized beneficiary designations for IRAs and other tax-deferred investment accounts. Mr. Elmore also handles especially complex estate administrations and has substantial experience in preparing Form 706’s, administering trusts and estates consisting of closely held businesses, and implementing complex post-mortem planning techniques.
