The Patterson Foundation’s Legacy of Valor campaign. The campaign, which is an extension of the
Patriot Plaza at Sarasota National Cemetery initiative by The Patterson Foundation, consists of a mosaic of community-driven partnerships that educate, build enthusiasm and focus the
community to recognize the service and sacrifice of all veterans and their families.
Our Sailor Circus 65th Anniversary Show was especially designed with this partnership in mind. The show is a celebration of 65 years of circus and a patriotic salute to the men and women who have served or are currently serving in the military. At each show, audience members can bring in a canned food item and receive a bag of free popcorn for their donation. The food collected goes specifically towards the All Faith’s Food Bank Veteran’s program. Each evening we honor our Vets and military personnel with special stickers to acknowledge their service. And the second half of each performance is kicked off by a special guest ringmaster with a military connection. Don’t miss this unique tribute to our Veteran’s and soldiers!
