The six-track collection showcases the group’s distinct, soul-infused sound, with four never-before-heard songs including a new single, “Timezone,” which landed a spot on Spotify’s New Music Friday playlist. Apollo is available worldwide on all digital streaming and download platforms now – https://red.lnk.to/ApolloEPPR. Physical EPs and exclusive band merchandise are available for purchase at www.theshadowboxers.com and are available on all upcoming tour dates.
Following their Madison Square Garden debut last night, The Shadowboxers will celebrate the release tonight with a headlining show at New York City’s PUBLIC Arts, kicking off the first night of their ON THE SIDE run – a limited run of headline club shows alongside their Man of the Woods Tour stops. Additional dates for the group’s ON THE SIDE headlining club show run include April 30 at The Peppermint Club in Los Angeles, May 10 at Basement East in Nashville, and May 20 at The Ground in Miami. Tickets and VIP packages for all of the band’s 2018 tour dates are on sale now at www.theshadowboxers.com.
Although the group has only just wrapped the first week on the Man of the Woods Tour, Adam, Matt and Scott are already gaining new fans in the press world, with Baltimore Post-Examiner declaring “the next time The Shadowboxers play Capital One Arena, they might be playing second, not first.” Concert Daily also predicts a long future ahead for the trio, writing “something tells me that this won’t be their last time playing to larger audiences,” while urging concert-goers to “take the opportunity to get into them to see where their musical journey takes them.”

ABOUT THE SHADOWBOXERS
Discovered by Timberlake and signed to his Villa 40 artist development company, The Shadowboxers have been described by Rolling Stone as “a Nashville-by-way-of-Atlanta vocal group that has been making a name for itself,” with an R&B-soaked mix of soul and pop the New York Times hails as “a one-two punch of gorgeous harmonies and instrumentals.” Members Scott Tyler, Matt Lipkins and Adam Hoffman experienced an almost-instantaneous musical compatibility when they first started writing together in college, since forging a cohesive sound based on a shared reverence for the strong, taut harmonies of the Bee Gees, CSN and Earth, Wind & Fire and the rhythmic pop funk of Prince, D’Angelo and Michael Jackson.
Originally creating buzz with their YouTube cover of Timberlake’s “Pusher Love Girl,” the trio have since garnered over 4.5 million streams of original material on Spotify and Apple Music to date and growing. Spending time writing in the studio with both Timberlake and Israeli songwriter/producer K-Kov, The Shadowboxers released Apollo EP lead single “HOT DAMN!” in September 2017, and since then have performed on national television shows such as TODAY and The Talk as well as completed a set of national headlining tour dates.
