Hatch Chile Fest spices up late-summer solstice with new recipes and tips

As summer simmers down with the approach of fall, The Fresh Market prepares for the arrival of Hatch chiles. Sizzling into the late-summer season, their brief appearance will make a lasting impression, as they heat up grocery shelves, restaurant menus and recipes. The Fresh Market welcomes the Hatch’s short stay on Saturday, August 22 from 1-5 p.m. by hosting its annual chile-bration, featuring a fiery Hatch chile roasting. Local chefs will also lead free culinary demonstrations at select The Fresh Market neighborhood locations.*
