Miami -August 28, 2014- Telemundo’s “Fútbol Estelar: La Liga Premier” match between Sunderland and Manchester United aired on Sunday, August 24 at 10:55am ET/7:55am PT delivered 344,000 total viewers for a 28% growth vs. the network’s second game last season, according to Nielsen. The match narrated by Deportes Telemundo’s Andrés Cantor alongside Sammy Sadovnik and former soccer player Manuel Sol also delivered 213,000 adults 18-49 for a 34% growth in the demo.

Telemundo’s broadcast of the first game of the season on “Fútbol Estelar: La Liga Premier,” Manchester City vs. Newcastle, on August 17 at 10:55 am ET/7:55am, registered a 38% increase in total viewers  and 57% growth among adults 18-49 vs. the last season’s first game.
