Symphony League of Canton Presents Dining at the In Place 2014 – Mid Summer Magic!

The Symphony League of Canton invites you to attend Dining at the In Place 2014 – Mid Summer Magic ! on Sunday, June 29, 2014 beginning at 5:00 in the evening. This signature fundraising event features individual dinner parties prepared by professional chefs in nine fabulous homes throughout the Glenmoor neighborhood located in Canton. Margaret Cirone, Fundraising Chair of the Symphony League remarks, “Each year great neighborhoods in our community open their hearts and homes to help raise needed funds to support the educational outreach programs of the Canton Symphony Orchestra. Everyone who attends is sure to enjoy a magical evening filled with fabulous food and friendship”. The reservation deadline is June 16, 2014 and tickets are $125.00 per person. Your Mid Summer Magic! enchanted evening begins with an elegant cocktail party for all attending at the beautiful Meadowlands estate of Michael & Annette McCann from 5:00 to 6:30 pm. Guests will then proceed to previously chosen homes for a wonderful culinary experience that includes a special menu prepared by local chefs. Hosting the evening will be: Ron & Ruthanne Wilkof with
co-hosts Charles and Rosemarie Hoover, featuring a menu prepared by Chef Carl Falcon – Bender’s Restaurant; Doug & Kim Waikem, with co-hosts Mike & Michelle Mullaly and a menu prepared by Chef Tom Schrenk – Glenmoor Country Club; Perry and Terri Campanelli, with co-hosts Brad & Suzan Goris, featuring a menu prepared by Chef Cameron Krahel – Canal Tavern of Zoar; Loren & Sharon Petry, with co-hosts Bob & Donna Leibensperger, with the menu prepared by Chef Jeremy Fonner – Mount Union AVI; Khalil & Alma Korkor, with co-hosts Jeffrey & Suzanne Halm, and a menu prepared by Chef Stephen Baity – Mount Union AVI; David & Donna Paola, with co-hosts Bill & Nancy Maddox, with the menu prepared by Chef Ken Bucholtz – Brookside Country Club; Scott & Annie DePerro, with co-hosts Charles and Judy Scheurer, featuring a menu prepared by Chef Rosemary Burke – Bliss Catering; Vasant & Mangala Betkerur, with dinner prepared by Chef Mark Lisowski – Mount Union AVI; and David & Alise Bartley, with the menu prepared by Chef Matt Carli – Mount Union AVI.
Founded in 1963, the Symphony League of Canton maintains and furthers the Canton Symphony Orchestra’s tradition of excellence by promoting the orchestra in the community, developing financial and volunteer staff support for the Orchestra Association and by providing educational outreach to the community and educational enrichment for the membership.
