Chef Judi Gallagher, author of Recipes & Reflections of Chef Judi, is teaming up with Southern Steer Butcher (SSB) for two exclusive Food Prep Classes this June. This unique event will provide guide attendees step-by-step how to prepare delicious meals in advance for friends and family this summer. Attendees will assemble 10 meals that feed 4-5 people. The menu is a collaboration of Chef Judi and SSB featuring the freshest flavors of the season. Attendees will also enjoy appetizers and desserts prepared by Chef Judi (includes the recipes to take home) with sangria and wine samples as well as a $10 GC for a future visit to SSB. Chef Judi will also be available for a Question and Answer Session and book signings.

An internationally acclaimed chef, writer, TV personality, PR pro and all-around culinary Renaissance woman, Judi Gallagher is hard to miss (and not just because she is 6’2”)! It is Judi’s contagious laugh, her sense of humor, and her insistence on feeding everyone delicious food that make her unforgettable. Former Culinary Director for ABC 7 with over 22 years television experience, Chef Judi recently launched her Youtube Cooking Channel @Chefjudigallagher and expanded her culinary magazine, Whether she is cooking gourmet meals; baking her award winning cookies; running the thriving public relations firm, Judi Gallagher & Associates; writing and editing for several print publications; or hosting demos with chefs throughout the world, Chef Judi is doing what she loves, every minute. Chef Judi is an honors graduate of the culinary arts program at Johnson & Wales College and has enjoyed 35-plus years of successful ownership, management and consulting experience in the food service industry. She currently resides in Sarasota, Florida with her family and is enjoying meeting fans as she expands her book tour.
