Sarasota Southside Rotary presents $3,000 charitable donation to Community Haven
Sarasota Southside Rotary Club presented Community Haven with a check for $3,000 at its weekly meeting on Monday, August 31. Community Haven serves adults and children with disabilities in Sarasota and Manatee counties. Its 32-acre campus boasts a variety of programs including the Selby School and Preschool, Community Living which provides opportunities to individuals with disabilities to live as independently as possible, work experience, transition services, behavior programs and employment services.
“Sarasota Southside Rotary is committed to supporting organizations that serve our community and beyond,” said Herb Jones, President of Sarasota Southside Rotary Club. “We are honored to support Community Haven’s mission to assist local students who face disabilities and empower them to live independently.”
