Hollywood, CA – March 21, 2014 – On the heels of the annual South by Southwest (SXSW) festival in Austin, Texas, REVOLT News Presents: “SXSW x REVOLT x 2014,”a thirty-minute special offering fans a behind-the-scenes glimpse of the internationally renowned destination for performers, tastemakers and fans. Premiering March 21st at 9pm EST on REVOLT TV,the special follows REVOLT correspondents as they roam the streets to capture the excitement and energy surrounding the music experience.
A comprehensive recap of the five-day music soiree, “SXSW x REVOLT x 2014” features highlights from artist showcases, interviews from talent such as JAY Z, Kanye West, Rick Ross, Vampire Weekend, and The 1975, and sneak peeks at emerging artists such as Casey Veggies, Travi$ Scott, Dam-Funk and BadBadNotGood. The special will also cover what industry insiders have now dubbed, “Rapapalooza,” as a result of the unprecedented attendance of hip-hop’s elite artists.
