NYC MEDIA WINS 5 NEW YORK EMMYS AT THE
59TH ANNUAL AWARDS CEREMONY
March 20, 2016 – NYC Media, the official broadcast network and media production entity of the City of New York, is pleased to announce it has won 5 New York Emmy® Awards, which recognize outstanding achievement in television. Part of the Mayor’s Office of Media and Entertainment, NYC Media provides New Yorkers with engaging content about the City’s diverse people, neighborhoods, government, services, attractions, and activities and is available in the New York tri-state area on broadcast, cable, and satellite channels. The winning programs appear on NYC Life, one of several television channels overseen by NYC Media. The 59th Annual New York Emmy® Awards were presented on Saturday, March 19, 2016, at the Marriott Marquis in Times Square.
