MOTOWN RECORDS PARTNERS WITH SOCIAL GOODS
TO DEBUT EXCLUSIVE MERCHANDISE COLLECTION

Vote-By-Mail Tee Shirt Sales Will Benefit Non-Profit, Nonpartisan Organization When We All Vote

When We All Vote’s “Make a Plan to Vote Week of Action” Continues

Motown Records has partnered with Social Goods and When We All Vote on a campaign to raise national awareness of voter registration deadlines, early voting options and to encourage all citizens to get ready to vote.

Today, Motown and Social Goods unveiled a collection of Vote-By-Mail tees, available in a variety of colors and styles. Sisters Lisa and Kate Sokolov launched Social Goods in 2019 with the goal to create a platform that allows consumers to support the causes they care about by shopping curated statement merchandise and learning more about the incredible nonprofits leading the charge to build programs and raise awareness of those crucial social issues. Ten dollars from the purchase price of every Vote-By-Mail tee benefits When We All Vote and their efforts to expand access to vote-by-mail, ensuring that every American can participate in our democracy without causing unnecessary risk to our public health.

Ethiopia Habtemariam, President of Motown Records and Executive Vice President of Capitol Music Group, says, “We at Motown Records are thrilled to partner with Social Goods and When We All Vote on a campaign that creatively reminds Americans that in order to have a say, you need to make a plan to vote – whether it be by mail, early in-person or on Election Day.”

Brian Nolan, Executive Vice President of Capitol Music Group, adds, “We commend When We All Vote for their commitment to growing the ranks of informed, active participants in our democracy.”

The campaign is part of When We All Vote’s “Make a Plan to Vote Week of Action.” When We All Vote is a non-profit, nonpartisan organization that is on a mission to increase participation in every election and close the race and age voting gap. Their Voters Resources Hub is a one-stop shop for registering to vote, requesting a vote by mail ballot and more. Launched in 2018 by Michelle Obama, When We All Vote is changing the culture around voting using a data-driven and multifaceted approach to increase participation in elections.
