Fans who tune into NCT 127 – Beyond the Origin will get to see the Seoul-based pop powerhouse perform their brand-new song “Punch” days before its release. “Punch” is the single from their upcoming deluxe repackage The 2nd Album Repackage ‘NCT #127 Neo Zone: The Final Round,’ out digitally May 19 via SM Entertainment Co., Ltd. with Capitol Music Group/ Caroline. Physical albums will be released June 12 in the U.S., and preorder is available HERE.
In addition, as a result of receiving the most fan engagement during the group’s Neo Zone Chart Show—which showcased previews of the original album’s tracks before they were released—NCT 127 will perform the fan-favorite song “Boom” for the first time ever. After massive numbers of fans crashed the Neo Zone Chart Show website, NCT 127 – Beyond the Origin can expect the same online reaction and excitement.
For the safety of fans, artists, and staff, NCT 127 have indefinitely postponed their North American headline tour dates, formerly scheduled to begin at Madison Square Garden in New York City on June 5. Due to the uncertain circumstances and the inability to confirm future dates at this time, customers who have purchased tickets will receive a full refund from the point of purchase.
As an alternative, NCT 127 – Beyond the Origin provides fans with a way to enjoy their live show from the safety of their homes. Following the group’s completely sold-out 2019 arena tour, viewers can look forward to an outstanding performance showcasing unparalleled camera work, digital fan interaction, AR technology, 3D graphics augmented in real-time, and a variety of virtual, colorful backdrops. Broadcast on Naver’s V LIVE app, Beyond LIVE introduces a new era of live shows and highlights a growth potential for the concert business. While most offline concerts of popular K-pop groups draw an average audience of 10,000 people, K-pop colleagues SuperM’s April 25 Beyond LIVE show, SuperM – Beyond the Future, brought in upwards of 75,000 paid viewers.
The 2nd Album ‘NCT #127 Neo Zone’ debuted on March 6 at No. 5 on the Billboard 200 and quickly made its way to the No. 1 spot on Billboard’s Top Albums chart and the No. 2 spot on Billboard’s Artist 100 chart. The music video for the album’s first single, “Kick It,” has over 45 million views, standing out among an album “…full of tracks that showcase NCT 127’s diverse skillset, shining a spotlight on each of the members’ artistic strengths as performers and songwriters,” according to Billboard. “Neo Zone is NCT 127 at its best. Rolling Stone said, “The ability to seamlessly slide in and out of genres while experimenting with different sounds is what makes NCT 127 stand out among a crowded field of competitors.”

Known for mixing genres, NCT 127 combines sounds in pop, R&B, hip-hop, and Latin trap. NCT 127 made their U.S. TV debut on Jimmy Kimmel Live “Regular,” their all-English hit song which was included in Apple’s Best of 2018 playlist. Their 2019 EP NCT #127 WE ARE SUPERHUMAN – The 4th Mini Album was a smash, entering the Billboard 200 at No. 11.
