Derekh Torah is a relaxed 30-week course designed for non-Jews who wish to have a greater understanding of Judaism and for Jews who seek a deeper connection with their religion.

Discover the cucina ebraica (“Hebrew kitchen”) and desserts like sour cherry cheesecake from Rome’s famed Forno del Ghetto. And hear the stories behind alla giudia (“Jewish way”) dishes like fried artichokes and goose salami.
