NEW YORK – The eyes of the collector car community are firmly fixed on New York, as Keno Brothers Fine Automobile Auctions (www.kenobrothers.com), prepare for next Thursday’s truly innovative “Rolling Sculpture” sale. The automobiles will be showcased in a spacious gallery setting during the Impressionist, Modern, Contemporary, and Latin American auction weeks. Collectors and enthusiasts will be treated to a symposium with some of the world’s greatest authorities in the automotive world. Topics will include: design; vintage racing; conservation; restoration; and trends in the marketplace. The symposium, entitled, “At the Crossroads of Art, Engineering and Technology: The Many Facets of Historic Automobiles”, will take place from 4 pm to 6pm on Wednesday November 18th, the first day of the two-day ‘Rolling Sculpture” event, November 18-19, 2015 at Skylight Clarkson sq., in Soho, New York City.
According to Co-CEO and Founder, Leslie Keno, “Our idea was to bring together a group of the top experts in the field, who can articulate the heights achieved in automotive design, where art and science converge. Perhaps there is no other field in which so many skills co-exist. Some of the finest examples of the automobile also showcase masterworks of the 20th Century and even beyond.” “Our panelists will also field questions from our audience, creating a thought-provoking exchange of opinions and ideas,” continued Co-CEO and Founder, Leigh Keno. “Our goal is for each attendee to leave the event with a better insight into the complex aspects of the automotive world.”
The symposium, moderated by Leslie and Leigh Keno, will present a wealth of insight from the following experts:
