Denver’s Mile High Monument Features Daktronics LED Video Display

BROOKINGS, S.D. – Sept. 27, 2016 – As part of a replica stadium constructed on the previous Mile High Stadium site, Daktronics (NASDAQ-DAKT) of Brookings, South Dakota, has manufactured and installed an LED video display inside Mile High Monument in Denver, Colorado.

The stadium replica is one-eighth the size of the original stadium, features 176 seats and a 6-foot-high by 15.5-foot-wide video display with 8-millimeter line spacing. The display is used to show games played at the stadium on game day as well as historical highlights and classic Denver Broncos moments.

“This is a very unique project at a storied site for Broncos football in Denver, and we’re extremely proud to be a part of it,” said Eric Cain, Daktronics sales representative. “On game days, fans will be able to come into the monument for an experience exclusive to the Mile High faithful. The video display brings an added focal point to the structure, one we’re sure fans will enjoy.”

Daktronics LED video and messaging display technology offers a long lifetime with consistent, industry-leading performance and low power consumption, providing value and excitement for years to come.
