Radio single ‘All Rise’ being picked up by Active Rock stations across the US while band currently tours with Black Label Society

Agoura Hills, Calif. – July 28th, 2014 – WOVENWAR has teamed up with Revolver Magazine to premiere their new track, Profane, off the band’s upcoming debut, self-titled album out next Tuesday, August 5. Fans can listen to the debut album in its entirety on Friday, August 1 when the full album stream goes live in advance of their street date.
WOVENWAR are currently out on the road with Zakk Wylde’s infamous Black Label Society playing as direct support to the metal heavyweights. The tour kicked off on July 17 in Cincinnati, OH and wraps up in Albuquerque, NM on August 4. Just a few days after the band returns home from the Black Label Society tour they will be playing three So Cal album release shows including a special album release party at Nick, Jordan, and Phil’s new club in San Diego the Brick By Brick following their first ever hometown show at Soma. Local fans can head to the Brick By Brick to hang with the band, celebrate the release of their debut album, and have a chance to win prizes provided by Wovenwar, Metal Blade Records, MotorCult, and Dirtbag Clothing. About the band:
WOVENWAR features the talents of JORDAN MANCINO (drums), NICK HIPA(guitar), PHIL SGROSSO (guitar) and JOSH GILBERT (bass) of San Diego, California based metal act As I Lay Dying, and SHANE BLAY (vocals) of Oh, Sleeper. Over approximately the last year, WOVENWAR completed work on the new material recorded with producer Bill Stevenson (Descendents, Black Flag) with mixing duties handled by Colin Richardson (Slipknot, Machine Head, Trivium). WOVENWAR deliver an introductory statement that’s bound to send shockwaves throughout heavy music.
