The block is headlined by the premiere of the 2019 concert special Dolly Parton: 50 Years At The Opry at 8pE, a star-studded night packed with performances by Toby Keith, Emmylou Harris, Hank Williams Jr., and, of course, Dolly Parton herself, as they take the stage in Nashville to honor the Country bombshell’s 50TH Anniversary as a member of the Grand Ole Opry. And, on March 19, AXS TV pays tribute to eight of rock’s most iconic frontwomen in a special Saturday Stack lineup at 12pE, boasting profiles of Blondie, The Pretenders, The Carpenters, and Eurythmics, and performances by Garbage, Heart, Fleetwood Mac, and Alabama Shakes.
