Launched by Bill Cornelius and Devin Rutkowski in 2013, The Blue Rooster offers the best live entertainment Sarasota several nights a week, alongside New-American Southern fare by chef Robert Goggin.
Their top-of-the-line sound system accommodates musicians from around the nation while Chef Goggin takes simple, locally-sourced ingredients and transforms them into true-blue Southern comfort cuisine with a TBR twist.
