PASADENA, CA (December 21, 2015) – The Pasadena Playhouse (Sheldon Epps, Artistic Director) adds to the excitement of this year’s Panto at The Playhouse production of PETER PAN AND TINKER BELL – A PIRATES CHRISTMAS with special Peter Pan and Tinker Bell breakfasts on select days (which can be enjoyed with or without tickets to the show) and, as a way of giving back to the community with the record-breaking success of this year’s production, a one day only, Pay-What-You-Can Lottery on Tuesday, December 29, 2015.

Sheldon Epps, Artistic Director of The Pasadena Playhouse, says, “Panto at The Playhouse is a great holiday gift to our theatre in a number of ways.  It is only right that we share this blessing with as many others as we can by making this show available to everyone in our community in as many ways as we can.  That would certainly include our donor supported student matinees and these special performances that allow so many to have this magical experience.  These programs are a way that we can express gratitude and appreciation to our community, and to share the gift of the art on our stage.”

In this spirit, 60 tickets will be made available by lottery at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday December 29, 2015 for the 3:00 p.m. performance of PETER PAN AND TINKER BELL – A PIRATES CHRISTMAS.  Participants will receive 1 lottery ticket per person, which will be good for up to 4 pay-what-you-can tickets, should they be selected.  At 2:00 p.m. the lottery winners will be announced, and everyone may enjoy “Winter Wonderland” at The Pasadena Playhouse, complete with holiday crafts and activities, before the 3:00 p.m. performance.
