CAT DEPOT awarded $10,000 grant by sarasota county
for spay/neuter of personal CATS
Sarasota, Fla. – (November 23, 2015) – Cat Depot is pleased to announce it is the recipient of a $10,000 grant from Sarasota County to supplement funding for spay/neuter of personal cats in Sarasota County. The cost for spay or neuter is $20 and includes a microchip, rabies vaccine (rabies tag and a license for one year) and one Revolution flea treatment. “To spay or neuter is one of the greatest gifts you can provide your pet and your family,” said Shelley Thayer, Executive Director. “These routine medical procedures not only help control pet overpopulation, but they may also prevent medical and behavioral problems from developing, and allow your cat to lead a longer, healthier and happier life.”
