Pistol and Rifle Range at Knights Trail to close April 27 for lead remediation project

SARASOTA COUNTY – The Pistol and Rifle Range at Knights Trail Park will be closed to the public starting Monday, April 27, for a lead remediation project overseen by the Florida Fish & Wildlife Commission.
The project’s anticipated completion date is Friday, May 1, 2015. Barring any unexpected delays such as inclement weather, the Pistol and Rifle Range is expected to resume normal operations on Saturday, May 2.

 

The Sarasota Trap, Skeet and Sporting Clays Club and the Lekatchka Archery Club will maintain normal hours.
