In Dolls and Mannequins at Play in Contemporary Art, curator and Sotheby’s North and South America Chairman Lisa Dennison, artist Eric Fischl, collector and founder of The FLAG Art Foundation Glenn Fuhrman, and child psychoanalyst Robert Stein, will engage in a lively discussion on the use of “surrogates” in art from the early 1900’s to the present day. The panel coincides with the exhibition Disturbing Innocence, curated by Eric Fischl at The FLAG Art Foundation, on view through January 31, 2015.
