New York, NY (May 19, 2016) – The Madison Square Garden Company announced today that Jenna Ortega and Lilla Crawford will share the role of Emily, the teen girl lead in New York Spectacular Starring the Radio City Rockettes, presented by Chase at Radio City Music Hall. Jenna Ortega currently stars in the new Disney Channel original television series Stuck in the Middle and has a recurring role as young Jane on CW’s hit Golden Globe-nominated series Jane the Virgin. Ortega previously starred as Darcy in the Netflix comedy series Richie Rich and has also had cameos in multiple hit TV shows including CSI:NY. Ortega is set to voice the role of Princess Isabel in Disney’s upcoming animated series Elena of Avalor, debuting this year on Disney Junior.

Led by director and choreographer Mia Michaels, New York Spectacular features an all-star creative team with Drama Desk Award-winner Douglas Carter Beane as the show’s writer and Tony Award-nominee Emilio Sosa as the costume designer, among many others. New York Spectacular will feature iconic scenery of New York locations and landmarks such as the Empire State Building, Wall Street, Central Park, Times Square and Radio City Music Hall, alongside larger-than-life statues like the Statue of Liberty and the Wall Street bull.

Casting for New York Spectacular was done by New York City-based casting office Telsey + Company.
