DETAILS:              In preparation for the largest film event of the year, Star Wars – The Force Awakens, MOSI recently closed its theater temporarily for renovations and repairs. With a freshly cleaned 10,500 square foot screen, updated lighting and new electrical elements, the Florida Hospital IMAX DOME Theatre will be the most immersive experience in the state for the premiere of the much-anticipated release of Star Wars.

 

Star Wars – The Force Awakens opens at MOSI on Thursday, Dec. 17. MOSI is now showing a variety of documentary films including Journey to Space, Mysteries of the Unseen World and Pandas: The Journey Home. For tickets, visit MOSI.org or call 813-987-6000.
