Actor Auditions This Monday, November 28 |

Our previous email indicated that auditions were on November 28 and November 30. ACTOR AUDITIONS for the plays will be Monday, November 28 ONLY ,at Home Resource, 741 Central Avenue, Sarasota, from 6:00-8:00 pm. The Directors will ask actors to read from sides of the selected plays and should bring acting resume and headshot if available. There are roles for 23 males, from teenage to 70 years old, including 3 teenage African Americans. There are roles for 12 females from 10-70 years old. Theatre Odyssey’s Fourth Annual Student Playwriting Ten-Minute Festival will be presented on January 14 at 7:30 pm and January 15, 2017 at 2 pm at the David S. and Ann V. Howard Studio Theatre, State College of Florida, Bradenton campus. PLEASE NOTE, the previous email indicated both performances were at 7:30, however Sunday’s performance is a matinee. Admission is free (donations gratefully accepted) but reservations are strongly suggested because seating is limited. Tickets may not be available at the door on the day of performance. Founded in 2006, the company provides a nurturing environment to encourage, inspire, and challenge local playwrights and actors.
