Intel Corporation
CEO, Brian Krzanich

“Driving Bold Change Through
Decisive Leadership”

Why you should attend:

  • Be inspired by the bold leadership of one of the Fortune 500’s biggest IT corporations.
  • Ask Krzanich about the future of Moore’s Law, the Internet of Things, semiconductor manufacturing and computing in our Q&A discussion.
  • Discover opportunities to partner with other leaders and organizations to advance Diversity & Inclusion efforts in your industry.

In 2014, Intel delivered a decisive announcement that they plan to make every Intel product free of Conflict Minerals by 2016. In 2015, the company announced it would deliver bold change in the area of diversity, by reaching full representation of women and under-represented minorities in its U.S. workforce by 2020.

Today, customers around the world demand – increasingly so – that companies are fully representative of diverse, global, multicultural perspectives. Consumers want to see people like them at every level of the organization, and feel
a stronger degree of trust when the organization expresses, through its business operations, an affinity and respect for the needs of its customers.

Multinational companies like Intel engage with partners, suppliers and regulatory officials to conduct business at home and abroad. To be successful, the company must take into consideration the needs of a global population with complex demographic and geopolitical challenges, and be a good corporate citizen around the world.

On November 5, hear from Intel Corporation’s Chief Executive Officer, Brian Krzanich, who will present Intel’s journey to becoming conflict-free, fully representative and inclusive. Krzanich will discuss the process for driving this type of change, ways to enroll an organization and a leadership team, and how accountability along the way drives real progress.
