The video was filmed over a three day road trip through the beautiful landscape of Big Sur in California: “We captured as many visuals as we could to represent how it feels to let yourself be completely in love,” Taylor exclusively told Idolator. “When you allow yourself to fall in love, you’re admitting that you’re not the only one who has control over your emotions, and the decision to be okay with that can be extremely liberating.”
“Hypnotize Me” is taken from Taylor’s major label debut Great Falls, which was released this past spring and has garnered a tremendous amount of attention for the young artist from Virginia. People Magazine recently highlighted Taylor as one of their “People Picks” for the week, saying, “Berrett’s honest lyrics bring to mind another singer-songwriter named Taylor.
