ShelterBox USA Welcomes Two New Staff
SARASOTA, FL, April 14, 2015 – ShelterBox USA, the global disaster relief charity, is pleased to announce the hiring of Jennifer Highland as Donor Relations Coordinator and Chris Alexander as Communication Manager to work at the U.S. headquarters.
Jennifer is a registered nurse, holds a M.S. in community health education and comes with thirteen years of local non-profit experience. As Donor Relations Coordinator, Jennifer will work with the donor database, assist with fundraising initiatives and the donor acknowledgment process, as well as providing ongoing administrative support.
Chris has been a ShelterBox volunteer since 2013 and brings an extensive professional background of marketing/communication experience. As Communication Manager, Chris will serve as the point of contact for all media channels, media planning and relations, support for ongoing fundraising communications, as well as social media creation, posting and reporting.
