Solid Waste survey seeks residents’ input

SARASOTA COUNTY – Residents in unincorporated Sarasota County may receive a phone call beginning Friday, Oct. 31, asking them to participate in a survey seeking input for future developments to services by Sarasota County Solid Waste.

Those receiving calls from Kerr & Downs Research will be asked to answer survey questions about their current garbage, yard waste and recycling collection services and possible changes to these services in the future as part of the development of a new Sarasota County Solid Waste Master Plan.

“We hope that residents will participate in the phone survey in order to help the Solid Waste program develop future goals to meet our communities’ needs,” said Kristina King, business manager for Sarasota County Solid Waste.

The survey can also be completed online at http://www.kerr-downs.com/websurvey/SolidWaste.
