PYX 106 HOLDS FOURTH ANNUAL VETS ROCK BROADCAST ON VETERANS DAY TO HONOR OUR SERVICEMEN AND WOMEN
Albany, NY – November 10, 2016 – PYX 106, Albany’s Only Classic Rock Station, announced today the fourth annual Vets Rock broadcast featuring 10 local military service men and women.
For three weeks in October, PYX 106 personalities encouraged local veterans to visit PYX106.com and submit to guest DJ on the station. The selected veterans will host the station’s programming and conversation topics for the day.

The veterans were selected to DJ their own hour-long broadcast on Friday, November 11, 2016 and will share stories of Vietnam, Iraq, Afghanistan and other personal military experiences on PYX 106 from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. PYX 106 will also air audio clips throughout the day featuring World War II veterans.
