(Sarasota-Manatee) Onyx Development Group, a Sarasota-based construction and design firm, was recently featured in NanaWall Systems’ Residential Photo Idea Book IV. This eye-catching coffee table book showcases residences that have artfully integrated the versatile NanaWalls into their design. The volume comprises 120 pages of professional project photography designed to help homeowners to visualize creative applications for NanaWall products. The modernist Tampa Bay residence Onyx worked on was one of only 45 homes from around the nation to be included.
Gregory Arthur, founder and CEO of Onyx Development Group, says he considers it an honor. “The home they featured is a truly a stunning project,” he says. “Our starting point was a site with a spectacular view of Tampa Bay. The property owners wanted to bring that view indoors—and I knew from the beginning that NanaWalls were the way to do it. The NanaWall solution opened up both areas from wall to wall, maximizing the views and creating a seamless indoor/outdoor experience, whether the doors are open or closed. The result was unobstructed views from the entire first floor and the master bedroom on the second floor. It’s the perfect solution for the perfect view.”

Arthur says his company spent six months from concept to completion on this project. Onyx installs two to three NanaWalls per year.
