New International Music Competition Offers Singers Management Contract with top LA Label
The Ultimate online international music competition is offering talented musicians from all over the globe an incredible opportunity to bag a management deal from one of the music industrys top gurus in Hollywood.
The 48 Music Project is a unique online contest open to creative hopefuls from all over the world until 15th November. The exciting competition gives entrants 48 hours to compose a song based on a given topic for a chance to win an array of amazing prizes.
The utterly one-of-a-kind competition is set apart from other music contests thanks to its interesting rules of the project. To compete in the online international contest, budding singers and song writers will only have 48 hours to write the lyrics and music, rehearse, produce, record and edit the track and design the cover art.
Francesco Vitali, mastermind of the competition and Executive Producer, said, “There is a catch. What makes this international competition different from the rest is our requirement that participating musical teams create their song within 48 hours. It’s a big challenge but at the same time a thrilling opportunity that leads entrants to perform live with the top 15 winners on a top stage in Hollywood.”
Mr Vitali has built a reputation as a talent spotter, with a sharp eye for star quality. He added, “In music we trust, not style. We’re interested in the song. This is a truly open competition giving access for all musicians in whatever genre. We’ve removed all the filters, so every entry has an equal chance of winning.”
The challenge set by 48 Music Project states the song must be 2-4 minutes in length, recorded in the English language and must be written, recorded, produced and uploaded within 48 hours. The music can be in any style, but must be relatable to the given theme and include a golden Key -word or phrase -specified on registration.
48 Music Project is not only a fantastic global platform to gain publicity and launch a musical career; it also offers unparalleled prizes for budding musicians across the globe. The top 15 finalists will get a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to perform their winning material in Hollywood in front of the biggest names in the music industry. Additionally, a prize fund of $10,000 is in place for the most impressive musicians, lyricists, composers and performers united by the global competition. They are also offering the grand prize winner an exclusive recording deal with a major record company in LA something many musicians can only dream of.
48 Projects Inc, the company behind the challenging musical contest also run a similar competition for short films, which also includes the unique 48 hour rule. Chris Siametis, co- executive producer of the 48 Music Project believes creative minds work better under pressure, which is why they implement this time restriction to seek out the very best international artists.
These is in keeping with our 48 Series philosophy, which demands of artists they dig deep and pull out the best from within themselves, explains Chris. There is pressure, but creative minds can exceed their expectations under these conditions. Winners will sign a management contract with a well-known label in Hollywood, so we are looking for unrivalled musicians the cream of the crop – who can succeed in a competitive entertainment industry.
