Michael Strahan is the Emmy-winning co-host of top-rated “LIVE with Kelly and Michael” and is a special co-host for top rated “Good Morning America,” as well as an Emmy-nominated analyst for “Fox NFL Sunday.” He is the author of the best-selling book, Wake Up Happy: The Dream Big, Win Big Guide to Transforming Your Life, which includes personal stories and motivational advice to inspire readers to turn up the heat and go from good to great in pursuit of their personal ambitions. Strahan has also been an advocate for youth mentoring and families in need, and he has volunteered with HELP USA.
