Miami Fashion Week Comes to a Close at Kimpton’s Surfcomber Miami, South Beach

MIAMI – May 20, 2014 – To top off an exceptional week of style, Miami Fashion Week (MFW) partnered with Kimpton’s Surfcomber Miami, South Beach to host its official closing party on Sunday, May 18, drawing more than 600 of fashion’s finest. From synchronized swimmers to musical selections from the Gipsey Kings, design jetsetters from near and far united for an evening of style and glamour to close the 16th annual Miami Fashion Week. 
 
In the true spirit of fashion, Surfcomber rolled out the red carpet for some of the hottest fashion luminaries and trendsetters who enjoyed entertainment, hors d’oeuvres, cocktails and more on the iconic pool deck, provided by sponsors including Peroni, Ron Barcelo, Fermin Iberico, Spanish Wines and L’Chaim Vodka. Event sponsors also included Eastern Air Lines, TOUS, Miami International Airport, Eden Roc, Terra, E! Entertainment, People en Espanol, Esden, Turismo Espana and Turismo Madrid. Attendees included up-and-coming designers as well as seasoned fashion gurus like Agatha Ruiz de la Prada and Andres Sardas, who were all dressed to the nines.
