MAJOR LEAGUE BASEBALL PLAYERS ALUMNI ASSOCIATION BRINGS “BREAKFAST WITH A BIG LEAGUER” TO READING, PA

Celebrity breakfast to feature Steve Carlton, Roberto Clemente, Jr. and other MLB Alumni

Colorado Springs, Colo. – The Major League Baseball Players Alumni Association will host the “Breakfast with a Big Leaguer” celebrity golf tournament featuring former Phillies, MLB All-Stars and World Series Champions and other alumni. The event will take place on Saturday, October 10th.  Proceeds from this event will benefit the BIG Vision Foundation.

Alumni players attending* the event include Hall of Famer and former Phillie Steve Carlton and All-Star Scott McGregor, as well as German Barrenca, Shawn Barton, Doug Clemens, Jim Coates, Roberto Clemente, Jr., Doug Creek, Frank DiMichele, Carl Duser, Bob Dubila, Chuck Goggin, Kevin Gryboski, Chris Hoiles, Calvin Madura, Derrick May, Garrett Stephenson and Rich Surhoff.

The event will take place at the BIG Vision Sports Complex , located at 1098 County Welfare Road, Leesport, PA 19533, starting with a celebrity meet and greet at 7:30 a.m., followed by breakfast.
