TO SUPPORT NEW ALBUM
‘HOTTING UP’
OUT LATE SUMMER 2015
FALL TREK KICKS OFF OCTOBER 8 IN NASHVILLE
AND WRAPS NOVEMBER 14 IN LOS ANGELES
TICKETS ON SALE THIS FRIDAY, JULY 17
Alternative rockers IRATION have just announced details for their fall “Hotting Up Tour” in support of their brand new album of the same name, HOTTING UP. Tickets for the five-week trek go on sale this Friday, July 17 at 10am local time.
HOTTING UP, the band’s fourth full-length album, will be released late summer 2015 (exact date TBD). For the new album, IRATION put together a team of acclaimed collaborators including executive producer David “King David The Future” Manzoor (Lupe Fiasco, R. Kelly, Lloyd), Grammy Award-nominated mixer Mark Needham (Imagine Dragons, The Killers, Fleetwood Mac) and engineer Will Brierre (Imagine Dragons, Youngblood Hawk, Chris Isaak).
The nine-track album features the first single “Reelin,” which first premiered on San Diego’s 91X April 27 and has since been spinning nationwide on various radio stations including Santa Barbara, CA’s KJEE, Honolulu, HI’s KUCD, and Wilmington, NC’s WRMR among others. HOTTING UP follows 2013’s AUTOMATIC, which propelled the band’s career to a new level, debuting at #1 on both the Billboard and iTunes Reggae Albums charts, as well as #7 on the iTunes Overall Albums chart, #75 on the Billboard Top 200 Albums chart and #17 on the Billboard Independent Albums chart.
Listen to “Reelin” on SoundCloud HERE where it has over 310,000 spins.
