LOUD & PROUD RECORDS AND ADA ANNOUNCE

WORLDWIDE PARTNERSHIP

NEW YORK, NY (April 13, 2016) – Independent label Loud & Proud Records and ADA, the independent services arm of Warner Music Group (WMG), today announced a worldwide partnership for physical and digital distribution in all territories.  The deal, which began April 1, 2016, also includes exclusive sync representation for all visual media, collaboration in the marketing of veteran artists and the development of new and emerging artists. This move brings Loud & Proud Records back into the Warner Music Group family where it lived under the Roadrunner Records umbrella from 2007 to 2012.

The first release under the new agreement will be Red White & Blue (Live) from Van Zant, featuring brothers Johnny (Lynyrd Skynyrd) and Donnie (38 Special), due out in July.

About the partnership, Tom Lipsky, President & Owner of Loud & Proud Records, said “The team at ADA made a strong impression on us, and their seamless global system provides us with tremendous opportunities for our artists. Loud & Proud started as a Warner company joint-venture, so it feels right to partner with them now as we build a unique environment for both established and emerging artists.”

“Tom Lipsky and his team work closely with artists and their management to build deals and campaigns custom-tailored to their needs, and that sets Loud & Proud apart from the pack,” said Eliah Seton, President of ADA Worldwide. “ADA operates with the same kind of flexibility, which is part of what makes us such a great pairing. With legends like Lynyrd Skynyrd and Rick Springfield, as well as up-and-coming favorites like The Winery Dogs and The Delta Saints, the Loud & Proud roster is home to some truly incredible music, and I speak for all of ADA when I say how excited we are to be on their team.”
