‘HospitaBull’ event to benefit hospitality college
 
SARASOTA, Fla. (March 19, 2019) – USF Sarasota-Manatee is preparing for its ninth “HospitaBull” fundraising dinner to benefit the College of Hospitality & Tourism Leadership. USFSM students are working behind the scenes, and during the event they’ll be paired with Ritz-Carlton hospitality professionals, giving them valuable, real-world restaurant management experience.

WHAT: HospitaBull fundraising dinner to support faculty and student development at USF Sarasota-Manatee’s College of Hospitality & Tourism Leadership.

WHERE: The Ritz-Carlton Sarasota, 1111 Ritz-Carlton, Sarasota.

WHEN: Tuesday, March 26, from 6 to 9 p.m.

WHO: Regional Chancellor Karen Holbrook and Dr. Pat Moreo, dean of the College of Hospitality & Tourism Leadership, will address attendees. Students from Dr. Joe Askren’s restaurant management class will work alongside Ritz-Carlton staff.
