Hart also surprised fans by releasing live videos of the songs – with his Riverdale castmate Rob Raco on drums and Panic! at the Disco bassist Nicole Row – PRESS HERE to watch via Jam In The Van.
A distant relative of the country music legend Roy Acuff, the Conway, Arkansas native was raised on weekend trips Memphis to visit the home of his parents’ idol, Elvis Presley. He fell in love walking along Beale Street listening to the blues emanating from the clubs, convinced music was his destiny.
While Hart acknowledges that landing the part in Riverdale changed his life, he is excited to dive back into his first love of music. “I get to transcend and go someplace else whenever I play or record. I’ve been doing this my whole life, but before this, it’s been just for me,” he says. “Now I’m ready to share my songs with everybody. If it means I can travel the world, and tour 365 days a year, that would be my dream. Music saved my life, and I hope my songs can do the same for someone else.”
Stay tuned for more music and announcements in the coming weeks!
