INAUGURAL RELEASE FROM JAMES FAUNTLEROY’S LABEL

AESTHETIC FORM: GOODWILL

— A SOCIAL-GOOD RECORD LABEL SUPPORTING COMMUNITIES THROUGH MUSIC —

NASHVILLE, TN (October 21, 2025) — AESTHETIC FORM: GOODWILL (AF:G) — the new social-good label from GRAMMY® Award-winning artist and producer James Fauntleroy — will deliver its inaugural project, the debut EP The Spirit of Goodwill by the Spirit of Goodwill Band, on Friday, October 24. Timed to coincide with National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM), the release celebrates the talents and contributions of people with disabilities in the creative and professional world.

Formed in 1987 and managed by Goodwill Industries of South Florida, the Spirit of Goodwill Band is composed of employees from the local Goodwill organization — many of whom bring diverse life experiences to their roles as singers and musicians.

The Spirit of Goodwill is a collection of the band’s most beloved covers, including timeless classics such as:

THE SPIRIT OF GOODWILL TRACKLISTING:

“My Way” (originally by Frank Sinatra)

“Believe It or Not” (originally by Joey Scarbury)

“Happy Together” (originally by The Turtles)

“Save The Last Dance For Me” (originally by The Drifters)

“Can’t Take My Eyes Off Of You” (originally by Frankie Valli)

For more than 120 years, Goodwill has helped people connect with chances, not charity, and the Spirit of Goodwill Band embodies that mission. By day, members contribute to Goodwill South Florida’s manufacturing operations, producing military uniforms & fatigue, American flags for fallen soldiers, and more.

As artists, they bring their passion and creativity to the stage, demonstrating the limitless potential of inclusive opportunity. Through AF:G, the band will share their music with the world, proving that talent knows no boundaries.

The band was featured in the award-winning 2010 documentary For Once in My Life, an uplifting film that follows the group’s journey and celebrates the power and potential within us all. The documentary was lauded by outlets including Variety, The New York Times, CBS, and The Los Angeles Times, and produced by Jim Bigham (Sweetland, Bad Boys).

Fifteen years later, the Spirit of Goodwill Band continues to perform and inspire.

On the project, the Co-Founder of Aesthetic Form, Rahel Lebsekal, shares, “This project has truly been eye opening from start to finish. We’ve had the privilege of learning of the inner workings of Goodwill and its incredible ecosystem, while connecting with such talented musicians and singers—many of whom have been right in front of us all along. The music that was selected for this project radiates pure heart — it’s soulful, timeless, and full of life. Each performance from the band carries a sense of joy and authenticity that you can feel immediately. These songs don’t just honor the classics but they reveal the power of music and community, and the human spirit.”

The CEO of Goodwill South Florida, David Landsberg, says, “The release of the Spirit of Goodwill Band’s first EP is a milestone that fills me and everyone at Goodwill South Florida with pride. These musicians, who are a big part of our Goodwill family, embody resilience, talent, and purpose. Their performances remind us to focus on what people can do when given the opportunity. This music is a testament to their abilities and the transformative power of opportunity.”

Announced earlier this month, AESTHETIC FORM: GOODWILL is an artist-driven, social-good record label harnessing the universal language of music to support Goodwill Industries International’s efforts to provide free job and skills training to people in local communities. Music Connection, Celebrity Access, and Rostr’s New Industry Focus shared the news, adding support for this exciting endeavor by James Fauntleroy.

James Fauntleroy shares, “As a long-time supporter of the Goodwill community, I’ve always admired the depth and impact of its work. Over time, I saw an opportunity to bring my expertise in music to help Goodwill connect with a new generation of supporters. The idea of creating a record label that supports Goodwill came from that vision — extending the mission in a fresh way, inspiring new audiences, and opening more pathways for people to learn about and engage with Goodwill’s work.”
