Google Play is celebrating the anniversary of the most popular album in the world by offering music fans Michael Jackson’s THRILLER for FREE for a limited time, starting today, November 20, 2015.*

November 2015 marks the 33rd anniversary of “the best selling album worldwide of all time” that won an unprecedented eight Grammy Awards, including Album of the Year in 1984.
Of the album’s nine tracks, four were written by the legendary King of Pop Michael Jackson and seven of the singles reached the top 10 on the Billboard Hot 100.
For Google Play Music users, “Billie Jean” is currently the most listened to song from the album, followed by “Beat It” and “Thriller.”
Hailed by critics and fans alike, THRILLER is included in the Library of Congress‘ National Recording Registry of culturally significant recordings and listed on Rolling Stone magazine’s 500 Greatest Albums of All Time list. The Thriller music video is the only music video included in the National Film Preservation Board’s National Film Registry of “culturally, historically, or aesthetically significant films”.
