GLOBE LIFE PARK IN ARLINGTON TO HOST TEXAS TECH-UTA COLLEGE BASEBALL GAME ON TUESDAY NIGHT

Surprise, Arizona—Globe Life Park in Arlington will be the site of college baseball tomorrow night, Tuesday, March 15 when the University of Texas Arlington Mavericks hosts the Texas Tech University Red Raiders. Game time is 7:00 p.m.
Tickets can be purchased on Tuesday for $12.00 each at the Globe Life Park in Arlington box office, which opens at 9:00 a.m. All access will be through the First Base Gate, which will open at 5:00 p.m.
Cash parking will be $5.00 in the A and B Lots which open at 4:00 p.m.
The Mavericks and Red Raiders are meeting for the first time at Globe Life Park in Arlington. UTA is 10-7 on the season after this weekend’s Sun Belt Conference series win over Arkansas State. Texas Tech is 9-6 in 2016.
This will be the lone college game this spring at Globe Life Park in Arlington, which hosted UTA’s contests with Oklahoma and Texas A&M in 2014 and with Texas in 2015.
Tuesday night will mark the first time that the new advanced light-emitting diode (LED) field lighting system will be utilized for a game at Globe Life Park in Arlington. The Rangers have partnered with Eaton’s Ephesus Lighting to implement the new LED Lighting System, which is designed to enhance the viewing experiences of fans attending Texas Rangers games at Globe Life Park as well as those watching the games on television. The Eaton’s Ephesus installation provides a 40% reduction in fixtures and up to a 60% decrease in energy use, while improving illumination and uniformity throughout the playing surface at Globe Life Park.
