TAMPA BAY, FLA (October 21st, 2022): This fashionable bar is the perfect place to enjoy a taste of the extravagant life, especially for connoisseurs of champagne, caviar, and whisky. Flûte & Dram does their best to impress and has cultivated a weekend full of frightening fun for anyone interested in a treat. Halloween themed drinks will be available for this weekend only.
