Join us this Saturday, April 12th from 9am-5pm for the FIRST in Michigan Robotics State Championship at DPTV.org/robotics
Detroit Public Television is once again proud to showcase the ingenuity and expertise of young engineers as part of our award-winning coverage of the FIRST In Michigan Robotics State Championship at Eastern Michigan University’s Convocation Center.
The game changes every year in FIRST, and this year’s challenge is called “Arial Assist.” But FIRST isn’t about a game. And it’s not about the robots. The mission of FIRST is to inspire young people to be science and technology leaders, by engaging them in mentor-based programs that combine the excitement of a varsity sport with hands-on training in science and technology. So be sure to catch all of the guts, gears and glory on Detroit Public Television and DPTV.org!
