Designing Women Boutique Elects Two New Board Members

 
(Sarasota,FL).  In its continued commitment to grow meaningful support for our community’s arts and human services, Designing Women Boutique (DWB) announces the election of Carolyn Michel and Judith Skornicka Schwartzbaum to its Board of Trustees.

Carolyn Michel is a professional actress who has been with the Asolo Rep Acting Company for 25 seasons.   Carolyn has worked with the Florida Studio Theatre for many years performing one woman plays, and worked with Sid Caesar on Broadway.  Carolyn is an active philanthropist helping to raise funds for many arts and human service organizations in Sarasota, and is the producing director of the DWB 2015 Annual Gala to be held in December.  She lives with her soul mate husband, director Howard Millman, and their 2 cats.

Judith Skornicka Schwartzbaum is the senior partner of The Schwartzbaum Group at Morgan Stanley.  Since 1985 Judy has worked with families to help them prepare for the important things in their lives – college, retirement years, and for the unexpected things.  Judy serves on the DWB Marketing and Development Committee, and is a graduate of Wayland Academy in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin; the University of Wisconsin – Madison with a Bachelor of Arts; and the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee with a Master of Arts.
