Celebrity Sightings Sunday, July 6:
Demi Lavato dining at Chef Akira Back’s KUMI Japanese Restaurant + Bar at Mandalay Bay on Sunday Night. Wearing a casual dress, Lavato was joined by Wilmer Valderrama, Rashad Evans and Chris Weiden. The group enjoyed a spread of Back’s dishes including Edamame, Rock Shrimp Tempura, Yellowtail Serrano, White Fish Carpaccio, Black Miso Cod, Japanese Eggplant, Tuna sushi, Jidori Chicken, Rib Cap Toban, a variety of Sushi, Shashimi and rolls including Pop Rockin Roll and Kumikaze Roll. Lavato was visiting Vegas to watch the UFC fight. Also at KUMI on Sunday night was Bruce Buffer and Dan Caldwell. Wale dined at Chef Brian Massie’s Red Square Restaurant before his show at ECLIPSE at Night at Mandalay Bay. Other celebrities in attendance on Sunday at ECLIPSE at Night were Craig Robinson, spotted lounging in a VIP cabana, Chuck Lidell with Diego Lima, Chris Weidman, Luke Rockhold, Urijah Faber, Dan Caldwell and Brennan Clay.

Anthony Bourdain dining at KUMI Japanese Restaurant + Bar with wife and friends. Bourdain enjoyed Chef Akira Back’s Crispy Rice, White Fish Carpaccio, Yellowtail Serrano and a variety of Sushi and Sashimi. He also snapped a quick photo with a guest before leaving. Bourdain was visiting Vegas for the UFC fight. Craig Robinson dining at KUMI Japanese Restaurant + Bar with friends. The “Pineapple Express” star enjoyed a spread of Chef Akira Back’s greatest hits including Miso Black Cod, Crispy Pork Belly Roll, Rock Shrimp Tempura and the popular Pop Rockin roll. During dinner, Robinson took photos with friends and UFC fighters Urijah Faber and Anthony Pettis, who also were dining at KUMI. Macy Grey dining at KUMI with friends including Kristin Schoonmaker. Grey and friends quietly dined at the celeb hot spot and enjoyed a Hot Mess Roll, Miso Black Cod, Pop Rockin and Yellowtail Scallion Roll; Also at KUMI: TJ Dillishaw, Urijah Faber, Antonio Silva and Anthony Pettis.

Fourth of July festivities culminated last night at ECLIPSE at Night with the RED.WHITE&BOOM event featuring hip-hop superstar Wale and DJ sensation Henrix. The “Panty Dropper” DJ, Henrix took over the decks at 1 a.m. and played a sizzling mash-up of house and hip-hop tracks that had bikini clad fans dancing in the pools. Next, rapper Wale grabbed the mic and kicked off his performance with an unbelievable set of his hottest hits including “Bait,” “Bounce It,” “Slight Work” and “Lotus.” Excited fans danced and sang along to each song has performed hit after hit. He concluded his performer with his sexy smash hit “Bad,” “Clappers” and “No Hands.”
