The Darwin Brewing Company team is also looking forward to opening a 15-barrel production brewery with kegging and canning in Bradenton, Fla., this spring.
Recently, Darwin’s on 4th was named among the 2013 Best Chefs America and received a Best New Restaurant Golden Spoon award from Florida Trend Magazine. Chef Darwin Santa Maria was named the “2012 Best Peruvian Chef in America” by the Peruvian Embassy in Washington and has been featured on the James Beard Celebrity Chef Tour twice.
Darwin Brewing Company has won multiple awards since they’ve opened, include a silver medal two years in a row for Best Beer in Florida and Brewmaster Jorge Rosabal’s latest brews continue to receive rave reviews including being named one of “4 Great American Beer Festival beers we love” by Draft Magazine in October 2013.
